The API quality management system is currently being implemented in the Company in compliance with the TSS Group’s development program

Implementing this strategically important direction, the technical audit of the production facilities of one of our main suppliers — OOO “Mettoil” located in Sergiyev Posad, Moscow region — was carried out within the period from 19 to 23 January 2021. Well completion assemblies were the object of the audit. The audit results confirmed the supplier's readiness to consistently ensure the equipment quality and completeness, as well as the ability of production facilities to ensure the stability of the manufactured equipment characteristics in accordance with GOST R ISO 9001-2015, taking into account API Specification Q2 and equipment regulatory and technical documentation.

As a responsible supplier, TSS Group guided by API Specification Q2 (clause 6.2.2) plans to assess the engineering level of suppliers that affect the quality of services and equipment associated with services, on an ongoing basis. Technical level assessment is a comprehensive program including the audit of suppliers for financial stability and economic security, documentary assessment, supplier assessment based on the outcomes of technical audit of production facilities and the supplier's quality management system.

In turn, OOO “Mettoil” does not rest on its oars and is further developing its quality management system. It is planning to develop and implement the requirements of the American Petroleum Institute (USA), API Specification Q1 Specification for Quality Management System Requirements for Manufacturing Organizations for the Petroleum and Natural Gas Industries.

In the same period, from January 19 to January 23, 2021, a seminar was held at OOO “Mettoil” on the API Q1 Specification requirements by OOO “AJA Registrars CIS”, St. Petersburg, which is empowered to provide training by the American Petroleum Institute. TSS Group specialists also took part in the seminar. Knowledge of international industry requirements will allow to improve the quality management system of TSS Group and its suppliers, and to be on par with the world industry leaders.
