APPLICATION
PBR Polished Bore Receptacle provides а mean of tying back into liner with the tie-back packer or provides а mean of sealing the Тie-back Seal Assembly for multistage hydraulic fracturing, usually installed as а part of completion string. PBR provides а protection of running tool from cuttings and debris during run in hole the liner. Another main function is to provide the weight transferring to set the liner top packer.
- PBR is connected to the Liner Тор Packer and secured with the set screws to prevent back-off during rotation of the liner string.
- PBR acts as а receptacle for Tie-back Seal Assembly, which protects the string from high pressure during multistage hydraulic fracturing.
- PBR enables the liner to bе tied back, providing reliable pressure integrity.
- PBR is suitable for vertical, highly deviated, ERD and horizontal wells.
