The TSS Group held a strategic session and technical tour for PJSC Gazpromneft’s specialists with a presentation of advanced well completion technologies

On August 1, 2025, representatives of the Gazpromneft’s exploration and production unit together with technical managers of the below-listed subsidiaries visited the production site of the METTOIL works, which is included in the TSS Group:

The main purpose of the visit was to demonstrate the existing process equipment of TSS production facilities, main production processes, corporate standards for production / performance, occupational and industrial safety, as well as the high-tech well completion equipment manufactured by the TSS Group.

During the visit, promising completion solutions were discussed in detail with specialists from PJSC Gazpromneft. We presented our latest developments, including intelligent completion systems, new models of hangers and packers designed for operation in the most complicated geological conditions.

The focus was given to the problems of improving the effectiveness of oil production at existing projects of PJSC Gazpromneft. The Slim Frac technology, developed and successfully implemented by our company, was of special interest to the participants. This technology can become an effective solution to the hydraulic re-fracturing problem at most of the Customer's fields, reducing the expenditures almost by half compared to the conventional well construction with sidetracking, while keeping the comparable well yield.

Based on the results of the meeting, the TSS Group confirmed its readiness not only to deliver engineering solutions on the turn key basis, but also to develop individual projects and manufacture customized equipment designed considering the specific field characteristics and process issues of PJSC Gazpromneft
