Continuing to Develop the Achimovka Deposits
TSS LLC has successfully run in the hydromechanical rotary liner hanger under heavy geological conditions in PJSC NOVATEK’s Achimovka Deposit field.

The TSS LLC team had the following tasks to solve:

•    Bring the casing to the design depth;
•    Minimize the seizure risk for the liner as it is run in;
•    Minimize the failure rate;
•    Be able to use the assembly in the high mud density situation;
•    Be able to use the assembly in the high formation pressure situation.

To solve the above tasks, TSS LLC has proposed a technological solution involving the use of the PKh.2.114.178 TMK UP PF ET rotary liner hanger to run in the MSHF assembly made by TSS LLC. The packoff element is of Validation Class V0 as per GOST ISO 14310-2014.

Operating Environment: chemical-treated mud and cement slurry, formation brine, oil and gas.

PKh2 Model Features:

•    liners can be run in deep deviating holes without having to manipulate the stem;
•    liners can be rotated to ream the hole as they are run in;
•    the IUV.1.114.178 setting tool is specially designed to separate the packer from the hanger by the hydraulic method or by the reserve mechanical method;
•    the reverse anchor provided over the sealing element of the top packer prevents the packer from moving up;
•    during hanger service, its moving components are reliably protected from ingress and adverse effects of foreign objects and abrasive particles;
•    the hanger being multimodular, components and mechanisms can be activated independently from each other;
•    backup mechanisms and premature activation protection greatly enhance the guarantee that the hanger will be activated normally

The proposed integrated technological solution involving the use of the PKh.2.114.178 TMK UP PF ET rotary liner hanger has made it possible to:

•    run in a 114.3 mm casing to the design depth efficiently and in the shortest possible time while experiencing no complications
•    normally activate the tooling components while using barite-containing high-density drilling fluid.
