Multibore Well Completion Training Was Held in Sergiyev Posad from the 07th to the 10th of November, 2023
Multibore Well Completion training was held in Sergiyev Posad from the 07th to the 10th of November, 2023. 16 employees of various Separate Business Units were trained in theory and visited the industrial site of Mettoil's Plant where they were familarized with TAML-3 and TAML-4 equipment. The training was conducted by Ivan Vassilyevich Bochkaryov, TSS LLC's Personnel Training and Development Director, and Yevgeny Sergeyevich Pyatkov, TSS LLC's Process Engineering Department Head. The issues considered during the event were as follows:
At the end of training, an examination test on the learned material was held. Training certificates were handed in. It is planned that such training will be regularly conducted in the future.
- Theoretical principles of multibore completion in Russia and abroad.
- TSS LLC's actual work experience with the TAML-1 technology in Russia.
- Specification of the equipment for future TAML-3 and TAML-4 work in the RF.
- Hands-on shop work with multibore completion equipment. Participation in the assembly/disassembly of components. Functional testing of equipment.
At the end of training, an examination test on the learned material was held. Training certificates were handed in. It is planned that such training will be regularly conducted in the future.
