2024 Best Oil Service Employer Prize Winner

By the 2024 results, TSS LLC has won the Best Oil Service Employer Prize in the Well Completion Section sponsored by the Perviy Burovoy Portal (First Drilling Portal) Information and Consulting Agency. Our company has become one of he three leaders in the field of corporate culture and social responsibility.

The prize contest was held in several steps, including open voting, pre-award assessment and final selection. At the group stage 36 participants were divided into 4 groups, of which 20 companies (5 companies from each group) made the semi-final. Then 12 participants were not nominated and the remaining participants continued competing. The final was not limited to assessment of the public voting results, but also involved assessment of the labour conditions, welfare programs and took account of the employees’ and customers’ opinions and expert evaluations.
